Ask Your Soldier to Make a Wish List

If you have a loved one in the military, I’m sure you’ve made care packages for them.  Others may want to send packages as well.  Setting up a wish list for others to work off of when making a care package can help the process go smoother so your soldiers receive the products they can truly use.

You can make the wish list in one of two ways.

If your soldier has internet access either while they’re deployed or before they’re deployed, you can ask them to log on to Giftster and create their list themselves.  They can then invite others to their group to view their list.

If your soldier does not have internet access, you can create the list for them in much the same way.  Make a list with the things that they both would like to have and find that they need to have.  Then, any time someone asks what they can send, ask them to join your group and view the list.

Also, I suggest that in the description you list how to send the package: address, how to package it, etc.  This way, you can make sure that others sending packages can do so without having to search for the info themselves.

Get started today and create a wish list.
