There are many online services where you can give a person a gift subscription. This is something beyond gift cards.
For example, every year for their anniversary, I give my parents a subscription to Netflix. They’ve told me that it’s the best gift I’ve ever given them.
I am an avid user of Ancestry.com. If you have a family or friend who’s big into genealogy, a gift membership might be something you ask that they consider adding to their wish list.
